A few things to notice

A five-minute lesson
  1. Play Andrew, then ask: what is happening in the picture?
  2. Let the adult learner read. Record, stop, and compare both voices.
  3. If wanted, enable browser recognition for an adult reading. Inspect the words heard, not just the number.
  4. Try one change in rhythm or one word, then read again. There is no pass mark.

If recognition cannot connect, switch it off and keep listening, recording, and comparing with your tutor.
